The statements engraved on the Cyrus Cylinder seals the return of the Judean Israelites to Jerusalem and sets the pace for the building of the 2nd Temple by which the Messiah enters twice; to fulfill the literal, earthly, visible prophetic kingdom of Heaven on earth.
